Refund policy

Returns

All pieces are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality and condition.

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for eligible items, with the exception of earrings and necklaces, which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless the item arrives damaged.

Please note that we do not accept returns based on factors such as size, style, or incorrect expectations from the product description. We encourage all customers to read the product details thoroughly before placing an order. If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you prior to purchase.

In the case of an item arriving damaged, please reach out within the 5-day return window and include the following:

  • Clear photos showing the damage
  • Original packaging (pouch and shipping envelope)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once approved, returns will be processed as store credit only. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds to the original payment method. If a return is approved, it will be issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase.
