"Born in Mayagüez and raised in Cabo Rojo, a small town on the west coast of Puerto Rico, I launched this brand in 2021 with a deep desire to create something of my own.
Building a space where I could share my passion for fashion and the details that elevate it felt essential — not just as a creative outlet, but as a way to connect with others through what inspires me. What is your return policy?

All pieces are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality and condition.

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for eligible items, with the exception of earrings and necklaces, which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless the item arrives damaged.

Please note that we do not accept returns based on factors such as size, style, or incorrect expectations from the product description. We encourage all customers to read the product details thoroughly before placing an order. If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you prior to purchase.

In the case of an item arriving damaged, please reach out within the 5-day return window and include the following:

  • Clear photos showing the damage
  • Original packaging (pouch and shipping envelope)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once approved, returns will be processed as store credit only. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer refunds to the original payment method. If a return is approved, it will be issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship from Puerto Rico to all U.S. states and territories. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

To ensure the longevity and shine of your jewelry, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.
  • Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in the original pouch.
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or showering.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
